This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Lactae platform operated by Xtute Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Enterprise (collectively, "we", "us", or "Lactae"). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
All orders are considered final at the time of purchase. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be permitted, except where required by applicable law. By confirming an order you accept that the item(s) purchased will not be eligible for return.
Although returns are not accepted, we will review claims relating to damaged or defective items shipped by us. If you receive an item that is defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@xtute.com with photographic evidence and order details. We will investigate and may, at our sole discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or other remedy.
Order cancellations may be permitted only prior to dispatch and at our discretion. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at info@xtute.com. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Claims for lost or undelivered shipments must be reported within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate. Proof of delivery from the courier will be considered determinative unless proven otherwise.
As a general rule, we do not provide refunds. In limited circumstances where we determine a refund is appropriate (for example, where an item was not delivered and no replacement is available), refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds depend on the payment provider and financial institutions involved.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18+ years old. Orders placed by minors may be cancelled at our discretion.
Under no circumstances may any customer, vendor, or user visit, approach, or attempt contact at the personal residences of any employee, director, or affiliate of Xtute Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its subsidiaries. Such behaviour will be treated as harassment and may result in criminal or civil action under applicable laws.
All intellectual property rights in connection with products, images, text, trademarks and logos, including the Lactae name and logo, are reserved by Xtute Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtute Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your purchase or inability to purchase products from Lactae.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, India.
We may modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
